Staff friendly day one, had massage was very good can recommend.
No seal on shower door, had flood, sorted after complaint. Surround around windows black. Poor vegetarian choice. Ants on dining room table. One pkt biscuits between two. Jaccuzi out of order although we were on a spa break. NO WIFI in room 143 despite stating in bedrooms. Offer to bring luggage down from rooms as long as guest goes to ensure nothing missing from luggage.
